It's funny because I'm don't consider myself ADHD or ADD, but my hands are always busy. I've actually destroyed a good number of my girlfriends hair pins. I tried the fidget spinners, but they don't quite fit my need. What I love about your product is that I can keep my hands busy and not call a lot of attention to myself, and it saves my girlfriend's hair pins!

Suggested by my child's occupational therapist - My child is on the autism spectrum and has ADHD, so this is perfect for him at school. It's quiet, small, and lightweight (he clips it onto his school ID keyring). In fact, his brother wants one just because it looks like a fun thing to be able to fiddle with. As a nailbiter myself, I think it would also be helpful while driving, to keep me from chewing my cuticles in traffic.

I’m a 43 year old married man who has worked so hard to get ahead in life while being an unknown sufferer of ADHD with really bad social anxiety for my entire life. 8 years ago I was finally diagnosed and put on medications which have helped but not for all my symptoms. I bought this fidget for my son who struggles with anxiety and it's been one of my best purchases for him. The Rizzle is so durable and fits in his pocket for easy take and go. The different ways it can be manipulated repeatedly and mindlessly make this perfect for use at school to help channel out nervous energy. I only wish they made a child sized version that was just slightly smaller but he can fidget with it in one hand comfortably enough. But its form and function more than make up for anything I could complain about, I'm so thankful for this little item because it really helps my little guy.

Quiet, can be used with one or two hands. I use this while reading or while in meetings or in class. If you need something that just occupies your hands, it's great. If you need something complex or changing, then it might not be for you.

Best Invention Ever! This is the coolest little device. Fits in the palm of your hand. And it really helps with my fidgeting addiction! Tapping Problem Cured - This thing is awesome. I have ADHD and my fingers get super restless and like to tap my desk/twirl my pen all the time during class which can annoy my teacher or other class mates. However, fidgeting actually helps me focus and studies have show that people with ADHD can actually benefit from fidgiting! The extra energy we have needs to be released in order to put the rest of our focus into a single task, which is why instead of sitting still anxiously in class, I decided to make a small purchase to try this fidgeting toy and see if that helped me. Helped this 25 year old to finally stop biting her nails after 18 years! Let me start by saying that I am 25 years old and I have had the most horrendous nail biting problem since I was about 7 years old. I have tried EVERYTHING and no matter what I did, I would always eventually manage to put my hands into my mouth without even realizing it (I'd bite off gel or acrylics with no issue). It has always been a gross look for work, and I was always embarrassed to show my hands, but I just could not stop! When I saw this fidget on Sharktank, I figured, "Meh, I'll try it" and looked it up online. To be honest, I was a bit peeved to see the wait-time and the price higher than most fidgets on the market, but decided to bite the bullet anyway and I am SO glad that I did!!!! (I got the green because it was the only one left in stock). I purchased about 2ish months ago and I literally play with this every single day. I wanted a fidget that I could carry with me when walking, when driving (the worst time for a nail biter, ugh), and soundless for when I'd be in class or at work (it jingles a little bit, but I haven't had any complaints). I tried the traditional fidget spinner and those cube things, but they just look childish, and I'd--again (as if it were any less childish, LOL)--end up biting my nails again because I didn't want to use that spinner or cube in public. This fidget is discrete, flat, and so easy to carry around (I clip it to my keys so I don't lose it, and it's easy to take off). It takes a little bit to get used to at first, but once you find a rhythm, you'll never put it down and you can hide it in your hand. As someone who would bite her nails until they were bleeding and painful on a regular basis, my nails are FINALLY growing!! Every time I catch myself reverting back, I just grab the little Noah fidget thing and I'm distracted! :-)
