*Fidgets are objects we play with when we experience good or bad stress. We also fidget with different items when we have restless or nervous energy. Fidgets can be toys, games, or everyday things such as pens, jewelry, or pocket change. The fidget toys that we have created are specially designed to be ergonomically effective and appealing for human hands. Moving, or manipulating, these objects helps us manage stress from different situations because the movement helps regulate, or balance out, our sensory systems. While it might seem like fidgets are distracting, they actually take care of “antsy” behavior—making us more relaxed and evening out our energy levels.

HI, I have a small hand (adult) and am wondering if it will be better to get the child size or the adult size? Is there one that is better for hands with arthritis? I’m glad I found your site. These look fun and really helpful.

Hi, thanks for the question. I’d suggest going with a Noah, its size is pretty much one size fits all, unless you have large hands, then I’d go with the Rizzle or jumbo Noah. Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

You sell several different fidgets, from the Noah to the Stephanie. Similar looking to me, other than color.

Can you tell me what the differences and benefits of each one are, please? I’m looking as an adult with ADHD.

    Thank you,

Hi, thanks for the question. The difference between the Noah and the Stephie is in the center links. The Noah has a silicone band or finger treadmill that rolls smoothly. The Stephie has the same band but it also has 3 smaller bands that go perpendicular preventing it from rolling, but also keeping the fidget silent when you play with it. The Noah is also quiet, but not as quiet as the Stephie. Hope that helps. Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

What is the difference between the Rizzle and the Ninny? I have a Rizzle and my daughter wants one. They look the same.

    • Jason Burns March 23, 2017 at 3:51 pm #

Hi, thanks for the question. The main difference between the Rizzle and Ninny is that the Rizzle has aluminum rollers and the Ninny has silicone rollers. The regular Ninny is also slightly smaller, depending on your daughters age, I’d suggest the Ninny unless she has large hands, otherwise I think the Rizzle will be too big for her. Thanks! Hi,

I’m looking for a fidget toy for my 15 year old without silicone. Which do you recommend for his size? He’s 6’2″ in height is that has any effect.

    Thank you!

    • Jason Burns October 16, 2016 at 7:38 pm #

Thanks for your question. I’d suggest a Rizzle if you don’t want something with silicone. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

Is the rizzle fine for people with small hands or would recommend a smaller one?

    • Jason Burns October 30, 2016 at 9:35 pm #

Thanks for the question. I’d suggest having the Rizzle made in “fun size” which is between the regular Rizzle and the Noah. It’s not currently on the site but if you order a regular Rizzle make a note when you check out that you want “fun size” and we will make it happen. Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

I am LOVING the Noah fidget. I ordered them for my 5 year old who was having a hard time adjusting to being in a classroom all day and it has done wonders for his concentration and listening . Thank you so much for making such an amazing product. at the rate he looses them I will be buying many many more in the future 🙂

Do you have a video or a demo to show how these fidgets work? Im interested in how they work.

    Thanks

Hi, thanks for the question. Yes, check out the following links, they are for the Mar and Rizzle fidgets. All of our fidgets except the Chaney have the same functionality, the main difference is size and whats in the center link, i.e. silicone band, aluminum rollers, etc. Let us know if you have any questions. I bought a “Noah” for myself because I would pick at my cuticles. I have been doing this since I can remember. I have had the fidget toy in my hand since it came in the mail! I can’t get enough of it and will be buying more to use. I am so happy I found this product and site. I’m letting everyone I know where I got my fidget toy from. THANK YOU!

    Hi,
I have extremely bad dermatillomania and trichotillomania. It’s becoming a real big issue and I’ve decided I need a fidget toy but don’t know what would be best for my conditions. Any suggestions? I’m 19 and would have to take it to college so nothing distracting (ie bright and colourful).
    Thanks 🙂

    • Jason Burns November 6, 2016 at 1:52 pm #

Hi, thanks for your question. All our fidgets are discreet but I’d suggest either the Stephie, Noah or Ninny. They each offer something a little different with the center link but you can learn more in the descriptions. Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

I’m thinking of buying one of your fidget toys for my younger sister who is currently in college. I’m caught between the Rizzle and the Stephie, because if she uses it during class she would need it to be quiet, but the Rizzle’s extra rings make it look like it would be more tactile.
What’s your recommendation? Is the noise difference really that much? Do Stephie’s extra bands make it less fun to fidget with?

    • Jason Burns March 23, 2017 at 4:05 pm #

Hi, great question, thanks for asking. The Stephie is our quietest, it’s virtually silent. All our other fidgets, except Chaney, are really quiet and were designed to be used in classrooms and meetings without being noticed by others so you’re good no matter what you choose. Regarding tactile-ness, it’s really personal preference and hard to predict but fortunately we back our products 100% so you can always exchange it for a different model or get your money back, but I’m confident you’ll be happy with whatever you choose for your sister. My personal suggestion would be the Noah with solid rings, it’s a perfect way to start your Fidgetland collection! Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

Hi, I’m 22 and just got diagnosed with high anxiety, ADD, and high functioning autism spectrum disorder. I pick my finger and wiggle them till they bleed no matter what I am doing. I’m 5’10. Which should I get? Im asking for it for Christmas along with a few other alternative toys.

    • Jason Burns March 23, 2017 at 4:07 pm #

Hi, thanks for the question. Depending on your hand size, if you have large hands I’d go with the Rizzle or Jumbo Noah, if not I’d suggest the regular Noah and I’d suggest them in solid rings, they’re awesome and worth the extra $3. Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

    Hey!
I’m a 22 year old college student with ADHD and anxiety issues. My classes are up to 5 hours long. I can’t decide which one of these fidgets I should buy. I really like the feel of silicone and rubber, so I was thinking about the Noah, but I’m worried it might be too small for my hands!

Thank you so much! Wish I would have had these when I was younger!

    • Jason Burns March 23, 2017 at 3:43 pm #

Hi, thanks for the question. The regular Noah fits well for pretty much everyone except large hands. If you have large hands go for the jumbo Noah, if it’s too big just send it back and we’ll send you something else or refund your money but I’m confident that we’ll find the right fidget for you! Thanks! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

Hi I’m a 23 year old girl who tends to bite her nails and pull at cuticles when bored, watching tv or reading, even at work to a point where my coworker gets annoyed. What would you recommend for someone who works retail and is also a college student? Also I work retail and want something that I can easily conceal in a pocket

    • Jason Burns March 23, 2017 at 3:34 pm #

Hi, thanks for your question. All of our fidgets were designed to be discreet so that they could be used in classrooms and meetings without others noticing, so you’ve come to the right place 🙂 With that being said, it comes down to hand size and personal preference. If you have large hands I’d suggest the Rizzle or Jumbo Noah, if not then I’d go with the regular Noah, Ninny or Mar. The Noah is a great first Fidgetland fidget, it’s our most popular model and never disappoints. The Mar and Ninny both rock, main difference is they have the same size center pieces as the larger models but they’re on smaller rings so it’s slightly heavier than the Noah but just as awesome. The Mar is a combo of the Rizzle, Jumbo Noah and Ninny because it has a little of each. Whichever one you choose I’m sure you’ll love, if not just send it back and we’ll refund your money or send you another fidget. We guarantee our products 100% so you can always purchase and fidget in comfort! Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!

is the Mar the same size as the tuttie?

    • Jason Burns March 23, 2017 at 3:19 pm #

Hi, thanks for the question. The Mar is the same size as the Ninny. It has the same center pieces as the Tuttie, Rizzle and Jumbo Noah, but the rings are smaller like the Ninny. Thanks, Fidget Now, Fidget Forever!
